The routine, area by area
Here's when and how to use the products, written as recipes. Start with one area, and add another once the first has become a habit. Always read the instructions and safety advice for each product too.
Eyes
Groomed brows and lifted lashes do the most for your gaze. Ten minutes a week and one minute in the morning.
You'll need
- Eyebrow kit£19.99
- Eyelash curler£13.99
- Ice roller£15.99
Goes well with caffeine eye serum, Volufiline serum and lash and brow tint.
Every morning 2 minutes
- Hold the ice roller under your eyes for 30 to 60 seconds. Move it out towards your temple, never in towards the eye. Cold can reduce puffiness.
- If you use it, pat a small amount of caffeine eye serum in with your ring finger.
- Does the area under your eyes look hollow? Shake the Volufiline serum and pat a small amount on after moisturiser, before sunscreen.
- Place the eyelash curler right at the base of your lashes. Squeeze gently for ten seconds, then release.
Every week 10 minutes
- Brush your brows straight up with the comb on the brow scissors.
- Trim only the hairs that stick out beyond the natural shape. Cut a little at a time.
- Pluck single hairs under the arch with the tweezers, in the direction of growth. Leave the top of the brow alone.
- Use the brow razor only on stray hairs between the brows.
Every four to six weeks optional
- Do an allergy test with the tint 48 hours beforehand, every time.
- Clean your brows of oil and make-up. Apply the tint with the brush.
- Leave it on for the time given in the instructions, then wipe it off.
Good to know
- Keep cold, serum and tint away from the eye itself.
- Replace the pads on the eyelash curler when they get hard. Spare pads are included.

Jaw & cheekbones
The chewing muscles are trained like any other muscle: a little resistance, often, with rest in between. In the morning, add cold and massage.
You'll need
- Silicone jaw trainer£21.99
- Gua sha stone£19.99
- Ice roller£15.99
Goes well with Chios mastic.
Every day 5–15 minutes
- Place the jaw trainer between your back teeth on one side.
- Chew slowly and with control. Start with five minutes, and build up to ten to fifteen minutes over a few weeks.
- Switch sides halfway. Rinse the trainer with water after use.
Prefer to chew something natural? Chios mastic: one or two small pieces for ten to twenty minutes, once a day. At first, use either mastic or the trainer on the same day, not both.
Every morning 5 minutes
- Cool your face with the ice roller for one to two minutes. Start in the middle of your chin and roll out along the jaw.
- Apply a few drops of serum or face oil so the stone glides easily.
- Hold the gua sha stone almost flat against the skin. Stroke from the chin out along the jaw and up towards the ear, five times on each side.
- Do the same from the side of the nose out over the cheekbone, and finish with light strokes down the neck.
Good to know
- Stop if you feel pain, clicking or soreness in the jaw. Talk to your dentist if you have jaw joint problems.
- Light pressure is enough with gua sha. Your skin shouldn't feel sore.
- Wash the stone and the trainer with mild soap and water.

Hair
Good hair is mostly about care: the right tool for wet and dry hair, and a scalp that gets a little attention once a week.
Every day
- Comb wet hair with the comb. Start at the ends and work up towards the roots.
- Brush dry hair with the brush. Wood gives less static than plastic.
- If you take biotin: take the recommended daily dose with water, ideally with a meal.
Once a week Scalp
- Wash and dry your scalp. Disinfect the dermastamp with surgical spirit and let it air-dry.
- Press the stamp down lightly four to five times in the same spot, lift it and move on until you've covered the area. Don't press hard.
- Disinfect the stamp again and put the cap back on.
Good to know
- The stamp has a fixed needle length of 0.25 mm and can be used on the scalp, beard and face.
- The dermastamp is for adults aged 18 and over. Don't use it on irritated skin, wounds or spots, and don't share it.
- Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.

Skin

You'll need
- Ice roller£15.99
- Gua sha stone£19.99
- Dermastamp£19.99
- Pore strips£9.99
Goes well with hyaluronic acid serum, retinol serum and azelaic acid serum.

Every morning
- Rinse or cleanse your face.

- Hyaluronic acid on damp skin, then moisturiser.
- Sunscreen last, especially if you use retinol or azelaic acid.

Every evening
- Cleanse your face and pat it dry.
- Retinol two to three evenings a week to start with, then build up gradually. Azelaic acid can be used on the other evenings.
- Moisturiser last.
One or two evenings a week Dermastamp
- Disinfect the dermastamp and cleanse your face.
- Press the stamp down lightly four to five times in the same spot over your forehead, cheeks and chin, then move on. Keep away from your eyes and lips.
- Finish with hyaluronic acid. Don't use retinol or azelaic acid on the same evening.
- Disinfect the stamp again and put the cap back on.
Once a week you can also use pore strips on your nose. See how under Nose.
Good to know
- It often takes several weeks before you see a difference. Judge the result after six to eight weeks.
- Test new products on a small patch of skin first.
- Retinol is for adults aged 18 and over, and not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The dermastamp is for adults aged 18 and over.

The Night Pack Mouth tape + Nasal breathing strips

- Leave the strip to dry for ten to fifteen minutes, then peel it off gently.
Good to know
- Don't use mouth tape if you have a blocked nose, sleep apnoea or breathing problems. Ask your GP if you're unsure.

Neck
Train your neck like the rest of your body: low weight, controlled movements and gradual progress.
You'll need
- Neck training harness£34.99
- Massage gun£61.99
Two to three times a week After training
- Adjust the harness so it sits securely on your head, with the chain at the front.
- Attach a light weight plate or a resistance band. Start lighter than you think.
- Stand bent forward with your hands on your thighs. Lower your head slowly, then lift it back to a neutral position.
- Three sets of twelve to fifteen slow reps. Only increase the weight once it feels easy.
Good to know
- Stop if you feel pain, numbness or dizziness. Talk to a physiotherapist if you have neck problems.
The Training Pack Neck training harness + Massage gun
£85.02£96.98
Height
The height insoles add extra height in ordinary shoes. Your feet need a few days to get used to them.
You'll need
- Height insoles£15.99
The first week
- Put the height insoles in your shoes with the thick part at the back under the heel, ideally under the shoe's own insole.
- Choose shoes with plenty of room around the heel, such as boots or high-top trainers.
- Wear them for a few hours a day in the first week, and build up gradually.
Good to know
- If your feet, heels or knees start to ache, take a break.
- The insoles don't change your body, only how high you stand in the shoe.
