Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom with tracked post from Norway.

Delivery cost

Standard tracked delivery costs £8.95. If you spend £55 or more, delivery is free. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

We ship from our own stock in Oslo. Your order normally arrives within 4–8 working days. Around bank holidays and at busy times it can take a little longer.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number by email when your parcel is on its way. Keep an eye on the tracking so you don’t miss a card if the parcel needs collecting.

VAT and import charges

The price you pay at checkout is the full price, including UK VAT. There is no VAT, duty or handling fee to pay when the parcel arrives.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the delivery time, or the tracking hasn’t moved, write to us through the contact page. If the parcel doesn’t turn up, we’ll send a new one or refund what you paid.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel is damaged when it arrives, take a photo of the parcel and the goods and let us know as soon as possible. We’ll send a replacement or give you your money back.

Parcels that aren’t collected

Please check your address before you order. If a parcel isn’t collected and is returned to us, we refund the price of the goods, but we may deduct the actual cost of delivery and return. If you told us within the cancellation period that you wanted to cancel, you only pay the return cost.
